The SE10C110 is a 10A miniature circuit breaker from Schneider Electric. This single pole Acti9 iKQ MCB has a breaking capacity of 10kA and a type C tripping curve, which complies with British Standards EN 60898 and EN 60947-2. The SE10C110 iKQ is a multi-standard circuit breaker which offers circuit protection against short circuit currents and overload currents and is suitable for industrial isolation according to IEC/EN 60947-2 standard. This Acti9 iC60H MCB features fault tripping indication in the Visi-trip window by a red mechanical indicator in circuit breaker front face and positive contact indication, where a visible green strip guarantees physical opening of the contacts and allows operations to be performed on the downstream circuit in complete safety. The SE10C110 also features insulated terminals (IP20), a large circuit labelling area on the front face, a double clip for dismounting with comb busbar in place and a busbar mounting clip. We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have (such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a)            we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product;

(b)            the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Please note if product Packaging has been written on, for whatever purpose, the product is not in a re-saleable condition and therefore is non-returnable;

(c)            you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and

(d)            none of the exclusions set out below apply.

Returns Procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must telephone or send an email notice before any return of a product. Upon receipt of a returns request, you will be issued with a returns number.  Please quote this number at all times during the returns procedure. Upon acceptance of returns, and the issuing of a return number, we will contact you with the information you need to return the items.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(a)            any product made to your specification;

(b)            any product made to order;

(c)            any product personalised or adapted for you, including cables cut to a length specified by you;

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product. In the unlikely event that you no longer require the items, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original order may be subtracted from your refund.

We will only return monies to the same card that was used for the original transaction.

Improper Returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a)            we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b)            we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c)            if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any recourse or liability to you.
