The MAP0308030R5 is a wall mounted enclosure from Eldon. Manufactured from mild steel and with a single, horizontally hinged door, the MAP0308030R5 has a high protection rating of IP66. This enclosure features gland plate openings both top and bottom of the enclosure and can easily be combined with other wall mounted enclosures. This wall mounted enclosure comes complete with door, gland plate and gasket, key and mounting accessories. Eldon's MAP mild steel enclosures are suitable for a range of applications. The dimensions of the Eldon MAP0308030R5 mild steel, wall mounted enclosure are 300 x 800 x 300mm with a mounting plate of 270 x 750mm. Please note If the enclosure is to be used standalone, and not combined to another, then two or four gland plates, depending on the enclosure's size, will need to be ordered separately in order to achieve the stated protection degree. We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have (such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a)            we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product;

(b)            the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Please note if product Packaging has been written on, for whatever purpose, the product is not in a re-saleable condition and therefore is non-returnable;

(c)            you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and

(d)            none of the exclusions set out below apply.

Returns Procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must telephone or send an email notice before any return of a product. Upon receipt of a returns request, you will be issued with a returns number.  Please quote this number at all times during the returns procedure. Upon acceptance of returns, and the issuing of a return number, we will contact you with the information you need to return the items.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(a)            any product made to your specification;

(b)            any product made to order;

(c)            any product personalised or adapted for you, including cables cut to a length specified by you;

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product. In the unlikely event that you no longer require the items, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original order may be subtracted from your refund.

We will only return monies to the same card that was used for the original transaction.

Improper Returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a)            we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b)            we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c)            if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any recourse or liability to you.
